This items is custom made to order so processing time is 5-7 days. This timeline begins after mock-up approval and does not include shipping time.
After ordering, email 2-3 high quality pictures or sayings that you want on the fans including school colors, graduate's name, school name, etc. (No screenshots will be accepted).
48 hours after confirmed receipt of email with pictures, you will receive a mock up. Up to two revisions are permitted. Once the mock up is approved by you, we will start production of your order. No order will be started without an email stating the mockup is approved.
Please email your pictures file and text to hello@queenorareneefabrics with your order number in the subject line. High-Resolution Files are recommended for best clarity. Sorry, screenshots or saved web images are low quality and will not look good and will not be accepted.
